A Little Place for BIG Imaginations!

In Conjunction with "Austin Nature Days", events will be held at The Dinosaur Park every Saturday in April:

Apr 5, 2008 (Sat) - Craft Day at The Dinosaur Park! Staff will be on hand to assist with a dinosaur craft that kids can make and take home.

Apr 12, 2008 (Sat) - Creature Exhibit at The Dinosaur Park! A variety of live creatures will be on exhibit from 11am - 3pm, courtesy of Herpeton Exotic Pets of Austin.

Apr 19, 2008 (Sat) - Fossil Fun at The Dinosaur Park! Hands-on fossil exhibit will be presented at The Dinosaur Park, plus with paid admission, each child can dig for a real fossil to identify and take home.

Apr 26, 2008 (Sat) - Nature Hunt at The Dinosaur Park! Checklists will be provided for guests to search for a variety of items that are usually naturally occurring and found throughout the dinosaur exhibit trails. Staff will be on-hand to collaborate and assist with the search.

Oct 27, 2007 (Sat) - Trick, Treat & ROAR! Halloween Celebration - Everyone in costume receives $1 discount on admission plus kids can earn a treat bag by counting the mini pumpkins hidden throughout the nature trails!

Sept 9, 2007 (Sun) - Grandparents receive FREE admission with paid child admission in honor of Grandparent's Day!

Sept 1, 2007 (Sat) - Dinosaur Park's 2nd Anniversary Celebration! There will be cookies, balloons, and lots of fun for the whole family! Admission will be discounted to $4 per person all day. See the new exhibits added in 2007. Visit www.TheDinoPark.com or call (512) 321-6262 for more information.

Apr 7, 2007 (Sat) - DINOSAUR EGG HUNT! Children can count the hidden dinosaur eggs as part of the scavenger hunt throughout the nature trails to earn an Easter treat!

Dec 8 – 10, 2006 (Fri – Sun) - Holiday Shopping Sale at The Dinosaur Park! Find the perfect gift for any dinosaur lover and receive a discount of 10% on all gift store purchases.

Oct 28-29, 2006 (Sat & Sun) - Trick, Treat & ROAR! Halloween Celebration - Cookies, balloons & treats for the kids. Plus, everyone in costume receives $1 discount on admission.

Sept 10th, 2006 - Grandparents receive FREE admission with paid child admission in honor of Grandparent's Day!

Sept 2 & 3, 2006 - The Dinosaur Park is having its 1^st Anniversary Celebration! There will be cookies, balloons, and admission will be discounted to $4 per person.

The Park opened with six life-sized dinosaur statues; we now have eight - a Stegosaurus was added in May and a Protoceratops was added in August.

Please note our new off-season hours start August 14, 2006. We’ll be available daily for reserved groups, and will be open to the general public on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday of each week from 10am – 4pm.
