Admission Rates and General Information
Note: Prices subject to change without notice and admission tickets are not available for purchase on-line.
- Adults and Teens: $11.00
- Children (ages 2 - 12): $10.00
- Children 23 months and under are FREE.
- Pets: are allowed, but must be under 30 pounds. Pets within the weight limit must be leashed at all times and are allowed through the the admissions building for a minimal amount of time to get to the outdoor area with their owners. Owners must clean up after their dogs and deposit waste into a trash can.
- Free Parking.

Dinosaur Park Members Rates:
- Member passes are available for $30.00 per person.
- Unlimited visits for one year from the date of purchase with valid ID.
- Pass holders receive a 10% discount from all gift purchases in our gift store (not to be combined with other discount offers).
Tips & Info.
- Wear comfortable walking shoes (instead of sandals or high heel shoes), the gravel trail is half-a-mile long.
- Baby strollers: the bigger the wheels the better due to gravel/rocks on trail.
- Wear sunscreen, hat, and/or insect repellent if desired.
- Take only pictures and memories. Please don't disturb or remove any of the plants, flowers or little critters that live in the park.
- Children on the playground/trail MUST be supervised by an adult.
- Must stay on the trail at all times. Potentially harmful plants and little critters do live out here in the country.
- No touching the exhibits that are fenced in/off.
- We have no food concessions / restaurant; however, customers are welcome to bring food and drinks. Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
- Picnic areas are available on a first-come/first-served basis.
- Trash your trash. Please help keep the park looking natural.

The Dinosaur Park is conveniently located just off Hwy 71 between Austin and Bastrop.
From Austin: Approximately 12 miles east of the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport on the right-side of Hwy 71. Take Hwy 71 towards Bastrop, Pass Williams Lane and turn RIGHT onto Union Chapel Road. Facing Hwy 71 RV Park turn immediately to the LEFT and see our sign and driveway.
If you reach the Cedar Creek High School on Hwy 71, you've gone two blocks too far.
From Bastrop: Take Hwy 71 towards Austin.
AFTER passing the Cedar Creek High School and the traffic light at the corner of South Pope Bend and Hwy 71, take the next LEFT onto Union Chapel Road.
Facing Hwy 71 RV Park turn immediately to the LEFT and see our sign and driveway.
